What we collect and why

When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, service interest and message to respond, discuss services and handle privacy requests. Please do not provide identity documents, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. You may call 1300 224 024 instead. Without contact details we may be unable to respond.

Website security and processing

Our enquiry form uses HTTPS, server-side validation, spam filtering, rate limits and duplicate-submission protection. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser security signals and your IP address to help distinguish genuine visitors from bots. We use keyed anti-abuse identifiers and submission references to protect the form. Email-domain checks use DNS; we do not probe individual mailboxes or send enquiry contents to an AI service.

Accepted enquiries are stored privately to support delivery and recovery, then sent to our private business mailbox through authenticated email delivery. A separate acknowledgement is sent to your supplied email address when the internal notification has been accepted by the mail server. Mail-server acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Messages flagged as suspicious are held privately for review without an acknowledgement. Rejected message contents are not retained by the enquiry handler. Uncertain delivery outcomes require review rather than automatic resending.

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Hosting, email and security providers may process access, security and mail logs, including IP addresses.

Who handles your information

Authorised Emerge personnel and our hosting and email service providers handle information needed to operate the site and respond to you. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law. We do not use website enquiries as automatic consent to marketing.

Hosting and retention

DreamHost hosts this website on United States infrastructure and provides our email service. Cloudflare provides bot protection. These providers may process information outside Australia to deliver their services.

The website enquiry store schedules accepted message contents for removal after 30 days and quarantined message contents after 7 days. Delivery and audit metadata are retained for 30 days; rate-limit and challenge records for 24 hours. Cleanup runs daily and during enquiry processing, so deletion occurs at the next cleanup after the retention period expires.

These periods apply to the website enquiry store, not to delivered email, hosting logs or recovery backups. Correspondence in our private business mailbox and information in provider logs or backups may remain longer; the website cleanup does not delete those copies. Contact us on 1300 224 024 to discuss retention or request deletion of your information.

Access, correction and complaints

Call 1300 224 024 for privacy assistance to request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity through an appropriate secure process. We will review the request and explain our response. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about privacy complaints.
